I am running late. What should I do?
Each client is has a 5 minute grace period. You will be charged $1/minute thereafter. No client will be accepted after 15 minutes of tardiness. Please call artist immediately.
How can I cancel my appointment?
Deposits are non-refundable and all payments are due as agreed upon. If you miss your scheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
To retain deposit, appointments can be cancelled at the latest within 24 hours PRIOR to appointment time. Appointments properly cancelled, can reschedule within the next 30 days based on artist availability.
